Wood dryer is suitable for drying materials such as sawdust, rice hull, milling wheat straw, corn stalks etc.
The moisture of wet materials can be between 20-60%.
The wood dryer is equipped one fuel boiler, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), cyclone.
Wet materials are loaded into the hopper.

The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet material which is then sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly.
The hot air produced is also sucked though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer.
The wet materials dries and the dried materials is then expelled out by the exhaust blower (fan).

Twin boiler dryer is a recently developed dryer with two hot air boilers.
It is suitable for drying raw material with moisture content of 20% -60%.
Can reduce moisture from 20%-60% to 8-15% in one passage.
The whole system consists of fan blower, motor engine, fuel boiler, steel pipe,
cyclone and air lock.

In this system, wet material is loaded into the hopper by a screw feeder.
Fuel furnace produces large volume of hot air.
That hot air is driven into steel pipes, which is then mixed with wet sawdust and moved through curving pipes and drying chamber by the force and power of fan blower.
Fast moving hot air is mixed with raw material which is sent by spiral feeder in a suspending state through the steel pipe. Moisture evaporates as the material traverses along the steel pipe and is rendered dry at the discharge end. Humid air is continuously exhausted, thus the material is dried.

Principles of operation:

The drum-type drier is tilted slightly on an angle with a cylindrical rotating drum body.
Wet material enters the upper portion of the rotary drum exiting dry.
Hot air mixes with the wet material entering at the feed end and discharged out the output end ready for processing.
Use the fuel you dry to dry your materials.
